Website information
This website provides general information about Metalyst LLC, its services, perspectives, and initiatives, including C.AA.F.E. Website content is not legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other regulated professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
No client relationship
Visiting the website, submitting a form, or communicating through the site does not create a consulting, coaching, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or other professional relationship. Any engagement with Metalyst is governed by a separate written agreement signed by the applicable parties.
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful, personal, and legitimate business-information purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce substantial portions of the site, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The Metalyst name, dragonfly identity, written content, graphics, frameworks, page design, and other original materials are owned by Metalyst LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. C.AA.F.E. names and materials may have separate ownership or usage rights. No license is granted except the limited right to view and use the website as permitted by these Terms.
Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services, including Squarespace, Google reCAPTCHA, analytics, scheduling, social media, or other websites. Metalyst does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Metalyst does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every purpose, or that all information will always be complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metalyst LLC and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of—or inability to use—the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating solely to website use will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and severability
Metalyst may update these Terms as the website or legal requirements change. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
